Briefcase.com currently offers FREE shipping on orders over $100 shipped within the 48 continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders are billed $22 for standard shipping (3-7 business days), $45 for 2nd Day Air and $67 for Next Day Air shipping. Canadian customers will be billed $35 in shipping charges. Other foreign country orders will be charged $60 (3-10 business days).
Briefcase.com uses UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) exclusively and offers the option of Ground service, 3 Day Select service, 2nd Day Air service, Next Day Air service; and for some packages, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Global Express.
We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt, but this timing may vary by product. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand will likely arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times.

* 1-3 business days to the 48 Continental United States

USPS Priority Mail ($22.00):

Note: Upgrading service to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air means your product will arrive two business days or one business day (respectively) after the product has been shipped. Weekends are not calculated in the shipping time. However, the processing time and fulfillment period does not change for 2nd Day and Next Day orders. This processing period is anticipated to be 1-2 business days.

| What is your return policy? |

Our return policy is simple - We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment with no restocking fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized, special order/bulk, and clearance items.
You may use any shipper you prefer to send your return to us, however we recommend using a traceable method such as UPS Ground. We do not pay to ship items back to us. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Any price adjustments will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Briefcase.com has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. |

You must email us at returns@briefcase.com to receive return/exchange instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number. When emailing our returns department please provide your Order ID number or other order details so we can look up your account to expedite the return process. |
