Our hassle-free return policy is simple. We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the order date, with no restocking fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise (within 30 days of the order date) for a prompt refund or exchange (shipping costs excluded); the only exception are monogrammed/engraved, special order/bulk, and clearly marked "Clearance" items; which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please email to receive return/exchange instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA number (no exceptions). When emailing our returns department please provide your Order Number and/or other order details so we can look up your account to expedite the return process.

You may use any shipper you prefer to send your return to us, however we recommend using a traceable method such as UPS. We do not pay to ship items back to us. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. No return or exchange will be accepted after 30 days from the order date. Any price adjustments will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

NON-U.S. CUSTOMERS: For orders outside of the 50 United States, all shipping costs (to and from us) will be paid by the customer. This applies to returns, exchanges, repairs, etc.

CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS: If an item(s) is backordered/out of stock you can cancel at any time to receive full credit, however we must be notified of the cancellation before your order ships. All other orders must be cancelled/requested to be modified within one hour of placing the order - email to request a cancellation/modification.
